Moisture Resistant MFC

Beside 40 different colors of normal MFC type, Hung Lich Trading and Service Co., Ltd is also available to supply almost types of Malaysian moisture-resistance MFC board of which their colors are similar to that of normal ones.

With high moisture resistance feature, this kind of MFC boards is mainly used for kitchen cabinets, furniture in bathrooms, toilet partitions, laboratory rooms, hospital, schools, and other high humidity places, etc. In fact, moisture-resistance MFC boards, granted to nice appearance and high duration, highly recommended to be used in North Vietnam because of suitable features for high-humidity weather areas. To distinguish between moisture-resistance MFC boards and normal ones, customers should notice that moisture-resistance ones normally are 40-60kg/m³ heavier than normal ones. Besides, they even have green core with total weight of 740-760 kg/m³.

Another important point should be noticed is that moisture-resistance MFC board supplied by our company is the highest quality type of Meico Malaysia that reaching to highest moisture-resistance level. Such other types as V100, V150 are available in current market place cannot be compared with our products in moisture-resistance level; normal ones just reach to level V20.
Currently, moisture-resistance MFC boards are mainly used for kitchen wardrobes and rest room panels. Customers should pay attention in several below notices for finished products:

  1.  In term of kitchen cabinets, all partition edges should be used high premium glue to ensure adhesion. Hotmelt Glue – Germany should be highly recommended. Four edges of whole partition sides should be stick carefully, even in back side. Chipped parts should be covered glue in similar color to make its whole appearance.
 
  2. To toilet partitions, aluminum rims should be applied to cover surrounding 4 sides of moisture-resistance MFC boards. Before faulting to locate aluminum rims, you should stick 4 edges of MFC boards by thin PVC thread, then shooting silicon at the bottom part, surrounding partitions, clipping tightly, and covering silicon totally on their surface. By this way, water cannot penetrate inside and toilet partitions can be cleaned easily.
