Special types of Germany glues should be recommended to be used to stick plastic rims into board edge which can grant both product appearance and its durability.
Plastic pellets will be melted and covered wood edge by automatic system. Finished products will have perfect edge.
We have two premium types of glue: low temperature one 282.2 and high temperature one 288.6.
- 282.2 types: melting temperature ranging from 130oC to 150oC which is used for low-temperature binding machine and ready used after 15 minutes.
- 288.6 types: melting temperature ranging from 190oC to 210oC which is used for high-temperature binding machine and ready used after 15 minutes.
